2006 The one and only lead singer of the original Shangri-las, Mary Weiss, recently signed with Norton Records and is currently recording at Coyote Recording Studios. Mary is working on her new album with Reigning Sound as the back line, with guest organist David Amels (Bomb Factory). Billy Miller (Norton Records) and Greg Cartwright (Reigning Sound and Detroit Cobras) are collaborating on Production with Michael Caiati engineering and Andrew Gearhart assisting. Needless to say no protools on this lady.

The RBR band featuring, Rich Fazio on drums, Brian Corley on vocals, Ross the Boss on guitars and Robert Agnello on bass were in the studio collaborating on a production of "Here at Home" a song which is connected to a foundation, to help the families of our service men and women during their time of separation and financial hardship.The project was engineered by Paul Special (Nashville Stars) and Michael Caiati

2005 What's been happening at Coyote Recording Studios? Earlier this year Smuggler Production rented out Coyote to shoot scenes for rapper Nas' "Just A Moment" video with Director Ben Mor.

Production company "ilovestress Music" is currently recording 12 year old trumpet player, Liam Heath (from Scotland). This will be his debut LP. Its a jazz/hiphop collaboration with John Patitucci, Ben Gramm, Jay Bianchi and Law Worrell (George Clinton). John Patitucci and Pilly (Ila's Dress) are producing with Michael Caiati engineering.


Vivian Campbell (Def Leopard) was in to cut vocal tracks with guest Joan Osborne for his up coming solo blues project to be release on Sanctuary Records. This is a Hylo Production, produced by Tor Hym (Lou Rawls) and engineered by Michael Caiati.

Grammy-winning producer/engineer Jason Corsaro was in the studio recording the debut LP of trio "Ruby Bullet". Ruby Bullet was founded by ex-members of NYC prog-metal band Sexdigital. The trio is fronted by Sterne on bass and lead vocals, Pete Vassil on drums, and Josh Rivel on guitar.

2004 It was an international year at Coyote. From italy, Mr T-Bone recording tracks with some of New YorkÕs finest all stars, members from The Slackers, New York Ska Jazz Ensemble, Blue Beater and more. Track produced By Mr. T-bone and Vic Ruggiero and engineered by Michael Caiati and Melissa Murray assisting.

Also in from Manchester UK was Bone Box featuring Jay Taylor on vocals and guitar. Ben Taylor on drums, also on the session was Reid Paley and Eric Eble from the Reid Paley Trio. Session produced by Jay Taylor and engineered by Michael Caiati.
